Special Abilities of North Texas (formerly Adult Day Stay)

Our MISSION is to provide the highest quality care, training and support to adults with special needs, giving them opportunities to succeed in life, family and the community, while offering respite to their caregivers.

Many of this population of society are often the most neglected or under-served in the community, and are on 10 year waiting lists for government support. The state of Texas ranks 49^th in providing services for persons with special needs.

We are proudly the only licensed Adult Daycare Program in Denton County and surrounding areas serving aging persons with Alzheimer’s, and one of very few licensed Day Habilitation Programs for persons with developmental disabilities that is a charitable nonprofit.
